Informed consent in dysphagia management requires more than a signature. It requires structure, clarity, and thoughtful documentation.

A custom-built informed consent form generator is currently under development to support clinicians in creating legally sound, ethically grounded, and patient-centered documentation for swallowing care decisions.

This tool will be:

• Designed to support shared decision-making

• Structured for practical implementation
